REFUND & CLASS CREDIT
POLICY
Please Read Carefully
All registrations are subject to MAMAKEISH’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Failure to review this policy does not exempt any registration from its terms.
General Policy (Applies to All Classes)
Missed classes for any reason beyond the control of MAMAKEISH — including, but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, vacation, relocation, financial reasons, illness, or injury — are not the responsibility of MAMAKEISH.
Missed classes will NOT be made up, refunded, discounted, or credited.
Unused or missed classes will NOT be carried over to future months or sessions.
Due to the structure of our programs, make-up classes are not offered.

REGULAR COURSE (Performance Program)
(Auto / Upfront Payment)

To discontinue auto-payments, written notice must be submitted via email at least two (2) weeks in advance to avoid charges for the following month.

Once a payment has been processed, it is final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Non-refundable fees are not refundable under any condition.

Within one week prior to the first class date, MAMAKEISH will issue either:
-
a refund minus a $50 processing and cancellation fee, or
-
the full amount as credit to the student’s account.
-
Non-refundable fees remain non-refundable.

After Classes Begin
-
No refunds will be issued once classes have started.

In cases of medical emergency, a refund may be considered only with a doctor’s note and will be subject to a **$50 processing and cancellation fee.
-
Missed classes or removal from a class do not qualify for refunds, discounts, or credits.

RECREATIONAL CLASS (Non-Performance)

To stop auto-payments, written notice must be submitted two (2) weeks before the first day of the next month.
-
Once the next month’s payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued.

In the case of medical issues, a refund may be issued with a doctor’s note, minus 50% of the monthly tuition as a processing and cancellation fee.

Non-refundable fees are not refundable.

Unused or missed classes will not be carried over, and make-up classes are not offered.

Missed classes or removal from a class do not result in refunds, discounts, or credit.

ONE-DAY CLASS
-
Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the class start time to receive a refund.
-
No refunds will be issued for absences that are not communicated at least 6 hours in advance.

MONTHLY CLASS
-
Written notice must be provided at least 24 hours before the first class start date to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours will be refunded minus a $15 processing and cancellation fee.

No refunds will be issued after classes have started, except in cases of medical emergency with a doctor’s note, and will be subject to a $15 processing and cancellation fee.

Unused or missed classes will not be carried over.

Missed classes or removal from a class do not qualify for refunds, discounts, or credit.

Make-up classes are not offered.

CLASS CREDIT
-
Credits expire one (1) year from the date they are issued.
-
Credits may be applied toward class payments only.
-
Credits cannot be refunded, transferred, or shared.
