REFUND & CLASS CREDIT 
POLICY

For Our Valued Dancers and Family

If missed classes are for any reason outside the control of MK, including but not limited to a nature disaster or pandemic, vacation, moving, financial, illness, injury, etc, are not the responsibility of MK and will not be made up or refunded, discounted, or credited.

[ONE-DAY CLASS]

  • Absolutely NO refund or credit since the class is limited to participate.

  • You can transfer to your friend ONLY FOR THE SAME CLASS.

[WEEKLY/MONTHLY CLASS]

  • If a student is unable to attend, please provide us a written notice 48 hours before the first class start date. MAMAKEISH will refund the full amount.

  • Within 48 hours notice, MAMAKEISH will refund the amount minus a $15 processing and cancellation fee or full amount as credit to the student's account.

  • Absolutely NO refund after the class starts unless accompanied by a doctor's note and will be subject to a $15 processing and cancellation fee.

  • We are unable to provide a make-up class due to the class structure.

  • Unused or absence classes will not be carried over to the next month or session.

  • Never, in any case, does a missed class or removal from a class does not merit any reason for discounts, refunds or credit.

[SEASONAL(regular) CLASS (One-time payment) ]

  • If a student is unable to attend, please provide us a written notice one week before the first class start date. MAMAKEISH will refund the full amount.

  • Within one week before the first class date, MAMAKEISH will refund the amount minus a $50 processing and cancellation fee or full amount as credit to the student's account.

  • Absolutely NO refund after the class starts unless accompanied by a doctor's note and will be subject to a $50 processing and cancellation fee.

  • Non-refundable fees are not be refunded.

  • Unused or absence classes will not be carried over to the next month or session.

  • ​Never, in any case, does a missed class or removal from a class does not merit any reason for discounts, refunds or credit.

[SEASONAL(regular) CLASS (Auto-Payment) ]

  • If a student is unable to attend and you would like to stop Auto-payment, please provide us a written notice two week before the first day of the month. You will not be charged for the next month.

  • Absolutely NO refund after process the payment for the next month, unless accompanied by a doctor's note and will be subject to a 50% of monthly payment as processing and cancellation fee.

  • Non-refundable fees are not be refunded.

  • Unused or absence classes will not be carried over to the next month or session.

[CLASS CREDIT]

  • Student's credit has 1-year expiration from the day of credited and It will be discarded from the account after 1-year (updated on March 1st, 2022)

  • Current credit will be expired on June 30th, 2022.

  • It can be used for any of our classes.

  • Credits are unable to process as refund.

  • Credits are NO transferable nor shareable.
