REFUND & CANCELLATION 
POLICY

General Policy (Applies to All Classes)

​

• Students are responsible for attending their scheduled classes. Absences for any reason, including illness, vacation, school activities, scheduling conflicts, or other personal circumstances, do not qualify for make-up classes, refunds, discounts, credits, or transfers.

• Due to the structure of our programs, make-up classes are not offered, and missed classes cannot be carried over to future classes, terms, or programs.

• MAMAKEISH is not responsible for classes missed due to circumstances beyond the student's or family's control.

ACADEMY PROGRAM (Yearly)

​

• Academy Program tuition is divided into ten (10) equal monthly payments for your convenience. Monthly tuition remains the same regardless of the number of classes in any given month, as it is based on the total annual tuition for the program.

• To discontinue monthly auto-payments, written notice must be submitted by email at least two (2) weeks before the first day of the following month. Once the next month's tuition has been processed, it is non-refundable.

• Students who withdraw from the program remain responsible for any tuition already processed. No refunds, partial refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for missed or unused classes, schedule conflicts, vacations, withdrawal, or removal from the program.

• Make-up classes are not available, and missed classes cannot be carried over to another class or future date.

• Registration fees, media fees, costume fees, and any other non-refundable fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

RECREATIONAL PROGRAM (Terms)

• Recreational Program tuition is charged per term:

Fall Term: September 14 – December 14, 2026

Winter Term: January 4 – March 8, 2027

Spring Term: April 5 – June 7, 2027

• Once registration and payment have been completed, tuition and all associated fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Students are registered for the entire term. No refunds, partial refunds, discounts, credits, or transfers will be issued for missed or unused classes, schedule conflicts, vacations, withdrawal during the term, or removal from a class.

• Due to the nature of our program, make-up classes are not available, and missed classes cannot be carried over to another class or term.

• In the case of a serious medical issue that prevents the student from continuing for the remainder of the term, a refund request may be reviewed only with a valid doctor’s note. Any approved refund will be calculated based on the remaining classes, minus a 30% cancellation and administrative fee.

• Registration fees and any other non-refundable fees are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.

ONE-DAY CLASS

​

• One-Day Classes may be rescheduled or cancelled due to enrollment or operational circumstances. If this occurs, participants will be notified by email and/or phone at least two (2) hours before the scheduled class time.

• Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information at registration. MAMAKEISH is not responsible for missed notifications due to incorrect or incomplete contact details.

• Participant cancellations must be made at least two (2) hours before the class start time to receive a refund. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

WEEKLY / MONTHLY CLASS

​

• Weekly and Monthly Classes may be rescheduled or cancelled due to enrollment or operational circumstances. If this occurs, participants will be notified by email and/or phone at least two (2) hours before the scheduled class time.

• Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information at registration. MAMAKEISH is not responsible for missed notifications due to incorrect or incomplete contact information.

• Cancellations made at least seven (7) days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund. 

• Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the program start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Once the program has begun, no refunds, credits, or make-up classes will be provided.

CLASS CREDIT

 

• Credits expire one (1) year from the date they are issued.

• Credits may be applied toward class payments only.

• Credits cannot be refunded, transferred, or shared.
