Q. How do I register?

A. Registration must be completed through our website before the class start date. Spaces are limited and registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q. What programs do you offer?

A. MAMAKEISH offers:

• Academy Program (Season-long performance program)

• Recreational Program (Term-based non-performance program)

• Training Program (Invitation or Audition only)

• One-Day, Weekly, and Monthly Special Classes (Available throughout the year)

Q. I'm new to dance. Can I join?

A. Absolutely! We welcome students of all experience levels. Class placement is based on age, experience, ability, and instructor recommendation.

Q. How are students placed in classes?

A. Students are placed according to age, skill level, previous experience, and instructor assessment. MAMAKEISH reserves the right to recommend a different class if it is a better fit for the student's development.

Q. What style of dance do you teach?

A. MAMAKEISH specializes in K-pop dance. Depending on the program, classes may also include elements of commercial, hip-hop, performance, and industry-style training.

Q. Do you offer trial or drop-in classes?

A. Trial classes may be offered only during designated promotional events. Drop-in classes are not available unless specifically announced by MAMAKEISH.

Q. What happens if a class is full?

A. Registration will close once a class reaches maximum capacity. A waitlist may be available for selected classes.

Q. How is Academy Program tuition calculated?

A. Academy Program tuition is based on the total annual tuition and divided into ten (10) equal monthly payments. Monthly payments remain the same regardless of the number of classes in a particular month.

Q. How do I withdraw from the Academy Program?

A. Written notice must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to the next billing cycle being processed. Monthly tuition is processed during the last two weeks of each billing cycle. Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable.

Q. What is your refund policy?

Q. Are make-up classes available if a class is missed?

A. No. Due to the structured nature of our programs, make-up classes are not offered, and missed classes cannot be carried over.

Q. Can I change classes after registration?

A. Class changes are subject to availability and approval by MAMAKEISH.

Q. What is the age range for participation?

A. Programs are available for students ages 5 through adult. Class availability varies by age and program.

Q. Are private lessons available?

A. Yes. Private lessons are available by appointment. Please contact us for availability and pricing.

Q. What should I bring to class?

A. Please bring a water bottle, comfortable dance clothing, clean indoor shoes (if required), and a positive attitude!
