Important Notice
Before registering, please read the FAQ and Policies carefully.
By completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined below.

Q. How do I register?

A. Registration must be completed through our website before the class start date. Classes are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may close once maximum capacity is reached.

Q. What types of classes do you offer?

A. MAMAKEISH offers yearly programs that run from September to June, with classes held once per week.

Programs include Regular Course (Performance) and Recreational Class (Non-Performance).

We do not offer drop-in or trial-based programs.

Q. Is this a one-day or trial-based class?

A. No. All programs at MAMAKEISH are structured monthly programs and are not designed as one-day, drop-in, or trial classes.

Q. I am new to dance. Are classes only for advanced students?

A. No. MAMAKEISH welcomes students of all levels, from beginners to advanced dancers. Class placement is based on age, level, and availability.

Q. What genre of dance do you teach?

A. MAMAKEISH focuses on K-pop dance. Some classes may include additional styles depending on the program. Please contact us for specific details.

Q. Are drop-ins available?

A. No. Pre-registration is required for all classes, and drop-ins are not accepted.

Q. Why is tuition charged monthly even if a class is missed?

A. Monthly tuition secures a reserved spot in class. Missed classes do not open the spot to another student, and instructors continue to plan lessons based on enrolled students.

Q. Can I withdraw at any time?

A. Yes. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing at least two weeks before the next month begins to avoid the next month’s charge.

Q. Can I receive a refund after payment is charged?

A. No. Once tuition is charged, all payments are non-refundable.

Q. Why are your policies strict?

A. Our policies allow us to maintain consistent training quality, fair class placement, and a stable learning environment for all students.

Q. Are make-up classes available if a class is missed?

A. No. Due to the structured nature of our programs, make-up classes are not offered.

Q. What is the age range for participation?

A. Students must be 5 to 45 years old to participate.

Q. Are private lessons available?

A. Yes. Private lessons are available. Please contact us for details.

Q. What should I bring to class?
